MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

1. In the event of a manufacturing defect in the shipped product, the customer must notify us by email at support@rugshome.co.in within 24 hours of receiving of the product. We will exchange it for the same product.

2. Orders cannot be cancelled/altered after 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is packed/shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as return if there is non acceptance.

3. For our products which are artisanal and hand-made, there might be slight differences in texture, color, and size. The natural aberrations are not considerd a defect. We would urge our lovely customers to consider that for such products, the Artisian are making each piece individually – the variations add uniqueness to reach product.

4. We would require the returned items to have their original packing. The merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We would also require all original papers to be returned with the product.

5. For bulk orders or customized orders, the above policy does not apply. Return will be discussed on a case by case basis for such orders.

LOGISTICAL COSTS

The logistics cost and arrangement of sending the item back to our facility shall be borne by the customer which will be reimbursed to the customer via their preferred payment gateway within 10 days of the item being replaced.
